These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 77com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who registers, accesses, browses, or uses any service offered through the 77com website located at https://77com.club and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By completing the registration process and creating a 77com account, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any 77com service.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 77com Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and 77com.

Access to and use of 77com's gaming and betting services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are strictly enforced. By registering, you affirm that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 77com enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately, all play voided, and any remaining balance returned to the payment source after deducting transaction costs.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons under legal guardianship or lacking legal capacity may not register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing 77com from, any jurisdiction in which online gaming or gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 77com is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• No prior ban: You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from 77com or any other regulated gaming platform for fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or violation of responsible gaming self-exclusion agreements.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered 77com account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

To access 77com's paid gaming services, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. 77com collects registration data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. You agree to:

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, valid CNIC number, residential address, email address, and mobile number during registration.

• Not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of registration or subsequent identity verification.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

77com reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate or where KYC documentation cannot be verified to our satisfaction. In such cases, 77com will retain any winnings generated during the period of unverified play pending full investigation.

All financial transactions on 77com are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside 77com's control.

Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. 77com does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in the account holder's own name.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to successful KYC verification.
• Withdrawal restrictions: A player may not withdraw funds that were deposited but not yet wagered at least once, where a rollover condition has been specified at the time of deposit in connection with a bonus offer.
• Source of funds: 77com reserves the right to request proof of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money-laundering compliance programme. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider while simultaneously retaining 77com bonus or winnings funds constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery action.

77com offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which you must review before claiming. The following general bonus terms apply to all 77com promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable multiple is always stated on the promotion page before you claim.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all unless stated otherwise.
• Time limits: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically without notice.
• One bonus at a time: 77com does not permit the stacking of multiple active bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this.
• Abuse: 77com monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering with minimal risk, use of betting systems designed to exploit bonus funds, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Confirmed abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus-related funds and account suspension.
• Welcome bonus: The 77com welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It may not be claimed more than once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

All bets and wagers placed on 77com — whether on cricket markets, sports events, live casino games, slots, Monster Mine, Monster Dice, or any other game type — are subject to the specific game or sport rules published on the relevant section of the Platform, in addition to the general provisions of these Terms.

• Bet placement: A bet is considered accepted and binding only after 77com's system confirms the transaction and issues a bet reference number. Displaying odds on screen does not constitute acceptance of a bet.
• Errors: In the event of obvious pricing errors, system malfunctions, or software errors that result in an incorrect odds display or game outcome, 77com reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Cricket and PSL markets: Cricket bets — including PSL, Test matches, T20Is, and ODIs — are settled in accordance with the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body. Rain-affected matches, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and abandoned fixtures are settled per the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports section.
• Live in-play betting: 77com offers live in-play betting on selected events. Odds are updated in real time. 77com reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, and bets placed after a key event (wicket, goal, etc.) but before the odds update may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77com Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds under investigation, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility to access the Platform.
• Multi-accounting: Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose.

77com is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Any unauthorised use of 77com intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues beyond 77com's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from your gaming or betting decisions on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance.

77com's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

77com collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a 77com account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration and KYC data for identity verification and fraud prevention; transaction data retained for a minimum of five years to satisfy anti-money-laundering regulatory requirements; session and behavioural data used for responsible gaming monitoring and Platform improvement; and communication data used to respond to support requests and deliver promotional communications you have opted into.

77com does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with licensed third-party service providers (payment processors, game studios, KYC verification services) as necessary to operate the Platform, and with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.

77com reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 77com will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law, regulation, or licensing authority instruction, in which case changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the 77com Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, your only remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account, in which case any verified balance will be paid out in the normal course.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77com holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 77com, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 77com customer support at [email protected]. 77com will endeavour to resolve all player complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 28 days, either party may refer the dispute to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body designated by 77com's licensing authority. The ADR process is available to all 77com players free of charge. 77com's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes determined by RNG software or in-play event resolution is final, subject only to the ADR process described above.
